About the Studio

Somewhere in the south, where Strandja is looking into the depths of the sea, in the town of Kiten, is located the four-star complex “Princess Residence”. The hotel is situated on the beach in the quiet and sunny bay of Atliman, in the southernmost part of Devil’s bay, in which flows one of the most beautiful rivers in Bulgaria – the Devil’s river. The complex is equipped with a panoramic elevator that takes you to the pool, only a few meters from the golden sand of the beach.

 

The studio has a magnificent view to the East and has a terrace from which you can meet the sunrise and later enjoy your afternoon coffee in the coolness of the shade, while the solar disk sank into the sea on the other side of the hotel. The room is on the 7th floor and is elegantly furnished. There are also an air conditioning, TV and wireless internet, providing the comfort and convenience of the guests.

Kiten is situated on a small peninsula with a mythical name of Urdoviza, between two Black Sea bays: Karaagach – on the south and Atliman – on the north, in which respectively flows Karaagach river a.k.a. Kiten river, and Devil’s river. There is also a mineral spring in the resort near the Atliman beach. Water from it rises from a depth of about 700 meters. Because of the clear sea and the beautiful forests of Strandja Mountain, the picturesque town has already gained the glory of eco-friendly beach resort.
